Temporary residence card is a valid
residence card issued to foreigners with work permits, investors and foreign
relatives who are living and working in Vietnam.

DOCUMENT REQUIRED FOR VIETNAM TEMPORARY RESIDENT CARD:
a)
Vietnam Temporary resident card for foreigner work with Vietnamese’s company
- The representative of the Vietnamese’s Company
will do Vietnamese work permit and temporary resident card. The regulation of
Vietnam’s Government, Foreigner employee don’t do anything.
b)
Dossier for family members of foreign employee:
- Photos of size 3×4 (not wearing glasses, looking straight, white
background, photos is took not over 6 months)
- Original of Passport and business visa
(Valid Visa should be sponsored by current company you working for)
- 01 certified copy of Temporary residence
letter/ temporary residence book in Vietnam
- Copies of proof of purpose for temporary
residence confirmation
- Documents showing proof of relationship
such as: Birth certificate, Marriage Certificate and Family Register book.
c)
Relative with Vietnamese
The Vietnamese will do Temporary resident
card for foreigner. The regulation of Vietnam’s Government, Foreigner don’t do
anything.
